BOOKING FEE
 
$50 booking fee secures your session time. If you need to reschedule to another session time (subject to availability), please let us know at least 48 hours in advance and we can transfer your $50 booking fee to the new time. In the case of cancellation or no‑show, the $50 booking fee is forfeited.
 
 
GALLERY DELIVERY
 
We will email you a link to your own private gallery within 10 days. You will receive 50+ beautiful images to choose from.

HOW LONG WILL THE SESSION TAKE?
20 minutes (total)
WHAT SHOULD WE WEAR?
If you want some tips, here’s a few:
- make sure everyone is comfortable and feels themselves
- Keep it simple and timeless - avoid logos and bold prints
- Pick 3-4 natural colours/tones and make sure no one stands out
WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PEOPLE?
As many as you like but keep in mind we only have 20 minutes with you.
CAN WE BRING OUR DOG?
Dogs are most welcome! Just let me know in advance so I can make sure the location is dog-friendly.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY KIDS GO A BIT CRAZY?
It is possible your kids may act up a little; we will put them at ease, go with the flow and moments will present themselves. If not, we will capture beautiful snuggly shots. My favourites!
WHAT HAPPENS IF IT'S RAINING?
We will postpone the photoshoot if it's really raining, but we will go ahead if it's slight rain or overcast. Overcast is actually a beautiful type of light because it’s so soft! We will text you early on the day, in the unlikely event we need to postpone.
CHANGE OF MIND BOOKING DATES/TIMES
You can change your date/time but it must be at least 48 hours before your booking. Please contact us directly for any changes. Your Booking fee is a non-refundable fee to secure your session. In the case of rescheduling to another session time (subject to availability), let us know at least 48 hours in advance and we can transfer your deposit to another time.
CANCELLATIONS/NOTICE WITHIN 48h
In the case of cancellation, or notice within 48 hours, you will have to pay the booking fee again to book another session time.
WHAT IF WE ARE LATE?
Please give yourself plenty of time to park etc. We will need to finish on time, your session is 20 minutes regardless. Please text 0416 246 877 if you are running late.
