This year, we’re using a new gallery system called Pic-Time to showcase and sell school photos. I love how Pic-Time displays images in a beautiful, modern format and allows you to order both digital downloads and professional quality prints directly from your gallery.
Below is a step-by-step guide to help you navigate your gallery and place an order.

Navigating Your School Photo Pic-Time Gallery
For the smoothest experience, I recommend viewing your child’s gallery on a desktop computer or laptop. While the site works on phones, the ordering process can feel trickier on a smaller screen.
When you click your personal gallery link, you’ll be prompted to enter your email address. Use the same email that you supplied for school photos.
If you’re asked for a password, and it’s the first time you’re logging in, click “I don’t have a password” to set one up. If you’ve been in before but forgot your login details, use “Forgot password” to reset.
Once inside, you’ll find all of your child’s photos. These will have watermarks on them, but rest assured - your purchased downloads and prints will not have any watermarks.

Choosing Photos in Your Package
When selecting a package, you’ll be asked to assign images to each item (for example, decide which photo is your 5x7 and which is the class portrait).
Click Customize inside the package to choose your photos. You can mix and match - your prints and downloads don’t all have to be the same image.
Cropping photos (important for prints)
When ordering prints, keep in mind that some sizes (like 8x10) have a different crop ratio than the original image. You’ll want to double-check the cropping before adding your print to the cart.
To crop, hover over your chosen print in the order sidebar, click Crop, and adjust so the image looks exactly how you want it. Zoom in or move the photo around until satisfied, then click Save.

RECEIVING YOUR DOWNLOADS + PRINTS
Once your order is complete, here’s what to expect:
• Digital Downloads: These are delivered almost instantly to your email inbox after purchase. You’ll receive a link to download your chosen images in high resolution, without watermarks, along with a print release. Make sure to save them somewhere safe on your computer or cloud storage so they don’t get lost.
• Print Orders: Your items are produced through a professional print lab. Orders are usually processed quickly, and you’ll receive them via home shipping. For larger or specialty products, please allow a little extra time for production. If you’ve used the code FREESHIP on orders over $99, your shipping will be free.
